Cancellation Policy

Free Subscribers:

To stop receiving email newsletters, access your account page by clicking here or “Account” on the top right corner of any web page, then click “Manage” under your email settings. Un-select the email newsletters you no longer wish to receive, or click on “Unsubscribe from all emails.”

Alternatively, click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any Lever email.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month. Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the one-year subscription period. Annual subscribers will receive an email notice about that renewal prior to the end of the subscription period. You can turn off automatic subscription renewal at any point by canceling your subscription, as described below. Once you do so, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current subscription period.

Save for extenuating circumstances, The Lever does not issue paid subscription refunds.

To cancel your subscription, access your account page by clicking here or “Account” on the top right corner of any web page. Click on “Change” under your plan information, and then select “Cancel subscription.”

Note: If you unsubscribe from email newsletters on your account information page, or click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a Lever email, you will be removed from the newsletter email list, but this will not cancel your paid subscription. To cancel your paid subscription, you must cancel your plan in your account information page.
