Thirty-five years ago, Pres. Ronald Reagan vilified the phrase, “I’m from the government and I’m here to help.” So launched decades of federal powers being limited in favor of state action and private-sector solutions. As we argue in this edition of Weekend Reader, it’s time to bury Reagan and his destructive legacy once and for all — and that process begins with accountability, which is what The Daily Poster is all about.
